Compensation

• Salary: $106,766 – $160,160/year (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Available, case by case

• Relocation Assistance: Available, case by case

• Incentive Bonus: Up to 17.5% annually

Overview

A leading healthcare organization in Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Surgical Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across perioperative departments. This high-impact role oversees more than 110 FTEs and supports ongoing expansion of surgical programs and operating rooms. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced perioperative leader to make a meaningful impact in a growing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 leadership for OR, Pre-Op/PACU, PAT, and Sterile Processing

• Lead strategic initiatives to expand surgical volume and program growth

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and all regulatory standards

• Manage budgets, purchasing, equipment, and resource allocation

• Recruit, mentor, and develop perioperative leaders and staff

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and executive leadership

• Drive department-wide quality, safety, and performance improvement

• Represent Surgical Services on hospital committees and leadership councils

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Active RN license (Nevada or Compact)

• Minimum 3 years of Surgical Services leadership (Manager level or above)

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration

• CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)

• CSSM (Certified Surgical Services Manager)
