International Accounting Manager

We are a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy‐out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund‐of‐ Funds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently. 

   Job Overview:   We are looking for a Senior Accountant to add to our internal Finance team.  This Senior Accountant will bring their experience and skills to a rapidly evolving, private equity backed, global business with a market resilient business strategy. The right candidate will embrace “rolling up their sleeves” and be an instrumental part in building out our global accounting operations. With that comes a lot of potential for upward mobility within the organization and personal development.

The finance team is small, but efficient. That also means you’ll have direct access to all levels of management and the opportunity for an immense amount of mentorship.

We use NetSuite, Bill.com, Trip Actions, MavenLink, and PowerBI. We treat employees as owners and expect you to be part of “our story” in the years ahead

Qualifications and experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a GL accountant at large private or public company
• Strong ERP experience, Netsuite preferred
• Ability to prepare accounting reconciliations – fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, deferred rent
• Mature operating company experience with multiple entities
• Experience with foreign subsidiaries is a huge plus
• Proven ability to reconcile key accounts
• You do whatever it takes to get the job done, regardless of the task
• Client/Customer billing experience

• Highest level of integrity

Compensation range: $105,000-120,000 annually. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
