Key Responsibilities:Manages the process of returning warranty parts to manufacturersReceives, sorts, and stores returned partsTracks parts against claims to ensure timely and accurate returnsMaintains detailed records of returned items and shipping confirmationsCoordinates with the service department, warranty administrator, and logistics/shipping departmentsEnsures compliance with manufacturer return policies and deadlinesPrepares shipments and arranges transportation as needed
Qualifications:Previous experience as a warranty parts administrator in a similar role (automotive industry experience preferred)Strong understanding of warranty guidelines and manufacturer claim proceduresExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency with dealership management systems (experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK a plus)Strong communication and customer service skillsA positive, team-oriented attitude
