Job Description
The intern will support Commercial IT department with projects across systems like Veeva CRM, MicroStrategy Reporting, Snowflake Data Warehouse and Informatica MDM.
Serve as project manager for IT project. This includes creating a project plan, setting up weekly recurring status meetings, running status meetings, sending out meeting minutes and driving various stakeholders to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Serve as business analyst for IT project. This includes gathering requirements from business owners, documenting business requirements, conveying requirements to IT delivery team for build. Also, coordinating system integration testing with testing team and user acceptance testing with end users.
As IT PM, intern will also be expected to create a deck summarizing project status. Intern will also have to setup and run SteerCo meetings with steering committee members to share status update, highlight issues and risks and highlight specific action items for the Steering Committee.
Qualifications
Minimum:
By Fall 2025 candidate must be considered an undergraduate junior or above
Computer Science or Information Technology major.
Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university following the potential internship.
Can commit to full duration of internship program.

Familiar with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
