Description
The Role Aim: Our client management team are responsible for delivering an outstanding service to our clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their campaign and working with them to deliver their strategic goals.Outcomes
Projects are successfully delivered- to oversee the operational delivery of the contract and a successful end-to-end recruitment campaign for a financial services client based in Frankfurt, Germany.
- where required, to work with our marketing specialists and suppliers to plan and deliver an effective marketing strategy for each campaign.
- to monitor the effectiveness of marketing, quality and speed of pipeline, monitoring and delivery against hiring targets.
- to develop and deliver assessment training in English and German.
- to produce and maintain all project documentation and produce weekly reports and support in building the end of campaign review.
- to understand and advise on the German early careers market – analysing market research, making suggestions based on the market, understanding the university landscape in Germany and presenting back to the client team.
- to work and build trust with a variety of stakeholders in the client’s Frankfurt office.
- to manage all Frankfurt based communication, weekly reporting and calls, action tracking, pipeline Q&A, candidate shortlisting and escalation.
- to deliver any necessary assessment training to the client business.
- to actively feed back progress and updates to the Account Director.
- to work with the rest of the project team across the UK and the US to ensure that the project is being delivered cohesively across countries.
- to work with the Resourcing Partner and Client Delivery Centre to ensure that the project has the resources required to deliver effectively.

- An experienced early careers recruiter with the ability to deliver and manage an end-to-end recruitment process.
- Understanding of / experience in the early careers market in Germany.
- Confident in relationship management.
- Proactive and a quick learner.
- Focused, conscientious, efficient with excellent time management skills.
- Able to collaborate with peers and other people inside and outside the business.
- Fluent English and German language skills required.
Other Information
- 40 hours per week.
- 3 month Probationary Period.
