We’re looking for an exceptional Vice President, Human Resources to lead the EMEAI Regional HR team and serve as a trusted partner to business leaders. Based in Germany and reporting to the CHRO, this role is instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives and enhancing organizational effectiveness across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across the EMEAI region, fostering growth and collaboration.
Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, improving employee experience and engagement.
Guide initiatives in Talent Management, DEI, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development to drive business success.
Provide strategic support on complex HR issues, including change management, performance, and compliance.
Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
Ensure compliance with European labor laws while managing risks and advising on international expansion opportunities.
What You Bring
15+ years of HR experience with expertise in both large organizations and high-growth environments.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven ability to navigate change, develop talent strategies, and foster a strong organizational culture.
Deep knowledge of European labor laws and HR practices across the EMEAI region.
Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to influence through data-driven insights.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Onsite presence 4 days/week in Germany, with domestic and regional travel as required.
