Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

Education:

Pursuing an MBA degree from a recognized institution. Demonstrated record of high academic performance.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of progressive full-time professional work experience prior to enrollment in MBA program. Strong interest in, or previous experience in the automotive industry is desired.

Supervisory Experience:

Previous experience in a Manager or Supervisor position is strongly preferred, providing leadership, coaching, guidance, training and contributing to staff development. Previous people leadership and/or program/project management experience is required.

Computer Skills: Thorough computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to resolve complex problems in day-to-day situations.
