Business Process Analyst Internship/Co-op

Zoox is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our People Experience team to work on process audits and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in business analytics, business processes, or project management.

In this Role, You Will...

• Collaborate with People Experience teams to translate complex business processes into clear, user-friendly guidelines and E2E workflows that align with company standards
• Assess and document existing People Experience processes, which will work as a basis for optimizing existing or devising new processes
• Actively engage with subject matter experts within the People Experience organization to gather information
• Conduct process audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for future optimization
• Create standardized People Experience process documentation, including employee playbooks and workflow diagrams, to improve organizational efficiency and promote best practices
• Identify and document future business processes, including potential gaps and areas for optimization in existing processes

Qualifications

• Pursuing a business-related degree (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources)
• Knowledge and experience with project management, including business process management, change management, process improvement methodologies, and familiarity with business process modeling tools
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee life-cycle
• Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs and processes into documentation and requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for designing processes inside and outside the systems, self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong follow through on all aspects of job duties, can handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, and demonstrate good judgment and versatility
• Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of different levels

CompensationThe monthly salary range for this position is $5,500 to $7,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
