Production Operator - 2nd / 3rd Shift 1

Join Rogers as an industry leader and receive premium pay. Full Time Positions are available from entry-level to experienced Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Batch Mixers, and Line Inspectors at our Carol Stream, IL location.

Compensation Starting between $19.00 to $25.00 depending on specific job and experience! $3,000.00 signing bonus + Shift Differential

Shift Details: 

 

- Shift 1 (Monday through Friday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm)

- Shift 2 (Monday Through Friday 1:30pm – 10pm)

- Shift 3 (Monday through Friday 10:00pm – 6:30am)

Essential Functions:

• Set-up, operate and troubleshoot calendar equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials.
• Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification.
• Accurately record production data into the computer database.
• Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties.  Resolve process issues and escalate as needed
• Perform other duties as directed and assigned
• Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed
• Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol
• Accurately follow work instructions
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a production/manufacturing/indusindustrial-relatedronment.
