Part-Time Seasonal Women's Basketball Coach

Description

Albion College invites applicants for the Part-Time Seasonal Women's Basketball Coach position. The Part-Time Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of coaching Albion College’s varsity sports programs with providing sport specific instruction to student-athletes as the primary responsibility.  This includes supervising student-athletes in drills that would provide conditioning, technique training, and mental preparation.  Secondary responsibilities may include recruiting, scheduling, and scouting. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with sensitivity and confidentiality. We are especially interested in candidates who will contribute to a campus climate that emphasizes a commitment to working with individuals and groups from a variety of identities, cultures and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in collegiate athletics as a player or manager preferred
