What You’ll Do

• Work a flexible schedule that fits our guests’ needs — weekends, holidays, and different shifts keep things interesting
• Tackle guest requests and complaints with care, making sure everyone leaves happy
• Deliver spotless rooms and keep everything up to our high standards of quality
• Follow house rules and safety procedures to keep guests and fellow team members secure
• Keep your housekeeping cart organized and fully stocked, returning it at the end of each shift
• Help with deep cleaning and seasonal projects that keep our hotel sparkling
• Pitch in with other tasks as needed — we’re a team, and we support each other

Your Role

You’ll be the reason guests walk into a room and instantly feel at home. You’ll notice the little things, report any maintenance issues, and always safeguard guest privacy and belongings.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of cleaning experience (hotel background is a plus)
• Friendly, clear communicator who’s comfortable talking with guests, management, and teammates
• Knows how to handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Bilingual English/Spanish? Even better!
