Treasury Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyze the Company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate / optimize the short-term borrowing or investments; Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on liquidity and Treasury KPIs
- Open, close, and maintain bank accounts, services, and inquiries, including administering and entitling users on banking and other third-party portals, populating and processing bank paperwork, and performing KYC
- Assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties, intercompany settlements, and electronic payments including, foreign exchange, wire transactions, and other payments
- Provide information in connection with audits, prepares compliance certificates, prepares SOX- and FBAR-related documentation
- Maintain and rationalize the banking structure including the analysis of bank fee structures, services, relationships, credit levels and counterparty credit quality/exposure
- Work with company’s business units to prepare weekly forecasts and other cash and borrowing projection models; coordinates with teams to identify and mitigate forecasting variances; Work with FP&A on developing operating cash flow forecasts, enhance visibility into global cash balances, optimize working capital and establish metrics/key performance indicators
- Act as a Treasury liaison with the company’s business units in analyzing Treasury KPI’s and perform ad hoc analyses, inquiries and related matters
- Create dashboards and visualizations to track metrics and maintains Treasury databases and repositories
- Gather, manage and manipulate data from multiple sources for analysis; identify trends, extract insights and deliver actionable presentations of findings; Monitor and report on market changes including macroeconomics and peers/competitors
- Support Accounting, Tax, FPA, Audit, IT, Loss Prevention and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures
- Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls, introduce efficiencies, automate processes and incorporate best practices
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 Year Degree Required
- Advanced Degree Preferred
- 2-5 Years experience in Treasury, Payments, Finance, Accounting or similar role
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Knowledge of the Banking Industry
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Use of Data Analytics and Visualization Tools
- Ability to Apply Finance, Accounting, and Treasury Principles
- Ability to Organize and Synthesize Unstructured Data
- Organized and Detail Oriented
