IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Data Manager in Huntsville, AL. 

Job Responsibilities:   

• Supports the Project Office, and Product Offices, and will assist in the transition from TopVue to Windchill in the role of Data Manager.   
• Will work with existing Data Managers and Branch Chief, and interface with the PEO Windchill team to oversee legacy data recovery from contractor proprietary data retention to USG managed repository.   
• Will participate in beta testing of Windchill to ensure that legacy data can be accessed, searched effectively, and is that data capture is complete.   
• Responsible for Product Office CDRL review team formation and support training of users in conjunction with other PdO assigned Data Managers.   
• Will support development of new Windchill functionality or other tools to be used to assist DMs in tracking and processing of CDRLs/   
• During peak activities, will assist other Product Office Data Managers, as needed, to ensure timely execution of CDRs.   
• Requires the ability to accept, route, track and adjudicate CDRL deliverables, create SRD Taskings, track PM Tasks, process Aircraft Acceptance letters, support Final contract response, manage User accounts, track reviewer approval routings, tasks and Workflow setup, develop contract setup/mod/closeouts. 
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.     

Education and General Experience:  

• Candidate must have 5+ years of experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

• Experience with Windchill CDRL processing (Preferred). 
• Knowledge of PMUH'sTopVue External Tracking System (TTS) (desired). 
• Knowledge of SRDs Task Tracking System (TTS) (desired). 
• Knowledge of USG correspondence regulations, policies, processes, and guidance. 
• Aviation aircraft/major weapon system familiarity. 
• Review/analyze technical data received from vendors/OEM, SOWs, CDRLS and DIDs. 

Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance.
