Philanthropy Assistant

Philanthropy Assistant - Full-Time, Days, M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm - Hybrid, 3 days in-office required, 2-days can be remote

The Prospect Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating several key functions of the prospect management process at the Foundation. The position supports the fundraising efforts of the Foundation by overseeing the timely and appropriate movement of prospects through the prospect pipeline.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree      Or equivalent educ/experience
• 2 years   Administrative support, data entry or project management experience

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year   Development experience
• 1 year   Prospect research or prospect management experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
