This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

As part of the New Glenn Program Management Office, you will work at the intersection of program management, engineering, supply chain, and production organizations, improving team effectiveness and coordination. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to lead the curation of program-level reporting deliverables for the New Glenn leadership team. As the primary point of contact, you must enjoy a collaborative work environment, solving communication and business process challenges, and storytelling with data. This is a high-visibility assignment that requires attention to detail, highly developed communication skills, execution with urgency, and the ability to work under minimal direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead production integration and hardware demand planning projects

  • Work with New Glenn Data Analytics to propose reporting metrics for process insight

  • Contribute content to New Glenn program reporting rhythm and workflow

  • Coordinate with program leadership and stakeholders on reporting content, review and approval

  • Drive process improvements to continuously improve program operation

Qualifications:

  • B.S./B.A. degree in engineering or other technical field

  • 7+ years' experience in design, development, integration, or testing – preferably with aerospace hardware or complex technical systems.

  • Possess high attention to detail and strong organizational / coordination skills

  • Demonstrated ability building trusting and effective working relationships that improve team performance and deliver results

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Desired:

  • Experience in development of launch vehicles

  • Experience with human spaceflight or high-performance aircraft systems

  • Experience with Primavera (P6), DOORS, CREO, Windchill

  • Experience with data analytics

  • Experience with technical risk management

  • Working familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Tableau

  • Experience across multiple portions of the product life cycle
