As a member of our Biopharma team, you will be instrumental for growing our Biopharma excipients and processing aids portfolio through collaborative product developments with our customers. 
We are seeking a professional like you to serve as the Customer Innovation and Partnership Manager Biopharma at our Florham Park, NJ headquarters.

As a Customer Innovation and Partnership Manager Biopharma, You Create Chemistry By...

 

• Managing customer projects with Biopharma customers
• Using your in-depth knowledge of biomanufacturing and innovation to support the identification and evaluation of new product and collaboration opportunities, including the preparation of business cases for new ideas
• Representing the BASF Biopharma team and providing technical expertise in customer meetings and at conferences
• Coordinating project activities with various functions (e.g. R&D, Operations, Quality and Regulatory, Legal team, technical sales, strategic marketing and technical marketing)
• Providing strategic counsel to the business management and strategic marketing
• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the Biopharma industry

If you have...

 

• A bachelor's or advanced degree in biology, chemistry, or related degree is required. A business degree or knowledge and experience negotiating and executing contracts would be beneficial 
• At least 5 years biomanufacturing experience
• Project management experience in international and interdisciplinary projects, preferably including customer collaboration projects
• An understanding of IP, quality and regulatory topics in the pharma environment
• Innovation and marketing experience would be beneficial
