Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented finance professional with interest and experience in employee expenses and related HR data analysis to join our FP&A team.

With specialization in business-critical HR data, you will play a crucial analytical role not only for our team, but also for the whole company. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's performance through special projects and standard financial controlling activities (month-end closing, managerial reporting, financial planning & forecasting).

• Prepare and implement personal costs budgets and forecasts across the company and ad hoc analysis for the different stakeholder
  groups to enable them to steer, take decisions and define actions.
• Monitor, report, and advise on HR KPIs, FTEs, and personnel costs.
• Improve the existing personnel data and cost reporting tools and structures.
• Perform financial month/year-end activities, including calculating and evaluating salaries, bonuses, and vacation accruals/provisions.
• Analyse and validate data to ensure the accuracy and validity of critical business information.
• Monitor efficiency and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Adapting to new trends and technologies.
• Maintain quality cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills. Working experience with any other analytical tool is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar field in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with a systematic approach and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Ability to explain complex things in simple terms to different audiences and stakeholders.
• Business acumen and strong communication skills.
• Very good written and spoken English.
