Backed by major investors and accelerating internationally, we are consolidating multiple platforms into one modern, AI-native ecosystem.<br><br>This is not another "maintenance" engineering role.<br><br>We're looking for product-minded engineers who want to build scalable systems, influence technical direction, and create software that genuinely impacts millions of patients and healthcare professionals.<br><br>If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, modernizing large-scale systems, and working with strong technical teams - you'll feel at home here.</p> What you'll do<p>As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a central role in one of our product engineering squads and help shape the technical future of our platform.<br><br>You will:</p><ul><li>Design and build high-impact features end-to-end</li><li>Develop scalable applications using <strong>TypeScript, Node.js</strong>, and modern frontend technologies</li><li>Influence architectural decisions and engineering standards</li><li>Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and developer experience</li><li>Help modernize systems and reduce technical debt</li><li>Work closely with Product, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads</li><li>Mentor other engineers and help elevate the team technically</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation</li><li>Participate in building an AI-first engineering culture</li></ul>Tech environment<p>You'll work with modern technologies and engineering practices, including:</p><ul><li><strong>TypeScript / JavaScript</strong></li><li><strong>Node.js</strong></li><li><strong>Angular</strong> (or similar modern frontend frameworks)</li><li>Cloud-native architectures</li><li>AWS OR Azure</li><li>CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Pulumi) - Good to have</li><li>Automated testing &amp; quality engineering</li><li>Agile product development</li></ul>What we're looking for<p>You are someone who:</p><ul><li>Has strong experience building modern web applications at scale</li><li>Enjoys ownership and solving complex technical problems</li><li>Cares about clean architecture and maintainable systems</li><li>Brings strong backend and frontend engineering skills</li><li>Understands scalability, performance, and reliability challenges</li><li>Likes mentoring and collaborating with other engineers</li><li>Thrives in fast-moving product environments</li><li>Speaks English fluently (Dutch and/or French are a plus)</li></ul>
