Parts Counter Sales Specialist

Summary 

We’re looking for a personable, organized, and dependable Counter Sales Specialist to join our Jacksonville, FL office. In this role, you'll assist customers at the parts counter, manage counter sales transactions, and ensure a smooth, efficient customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
 

Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 

Responsibilities 

• Lead counter sales and deliver exceptional customer service 

• Assist customers with product selection and order processing 

• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory transactions 

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill orders 

• Support process improvements and operational efficiency 

• Occasionally visit customers to distribute promotional materials, share information about current offers, and help strengthen relationships 

Qualifications 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills 

• Willingness to learn and be trained on HVAC parts and systems 

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently 

• Prior experience with HVAC parts or in a sales/customer service role is a plus, but not required
