2024 Summer Intern, Energy Analyst and Program Support - Innovation Incubator Team (Bachelors; Remote)

Join our team at ICF, where we’re committed to fostering growth, learning, and inclusion. As an intern, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our energy efficiency initiatives. We are seeking an intern to provide utility program support for ICF’s Energy Efficiency Division/Innovation Incubator Team. The intern will contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. ICF interns can apply their academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, interact with experts and clients in the field, and build content knowledge and consulting skills.

This is a full-time, 10-week internship expected to start June 2024. The work location is fully remote from any U.S. location. Interns receive competitive hourly compensation of $23 per hour, and can receive course credit (based on school program offering and requirements. We are unable to provide housing nor relocation assistance for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, Environmental Studies or other relevant disciplines, with an anticipated graduation of August 2024 or later.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to learn new things quickly.

• Experience conducting research, organizing, and analyzing information.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Ability to produce quality work products with attention to detail

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skill in SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.
