This role is onsite.</p> <p>In this role, the essential functions are:</p> <ul> <li>Lead enterprise-wide quality, compliance, and control efforts across aerospace and other highly regulated manufacturing environments</li> <li>Maintain and enhance QMS to meet AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA, customer requirements, and lead related certification, surveillance, and audit efforts</li> <li>Oversee quality across all functions, including receiving, in-process, final inspection, supplier quality, and returns/warranty</li> <li>Serve as the primary interface for customers, regulators, and certification bodies on quality matters</li> <li>Manage MRB, nonconformance, CAPA, and RCCA processes to ensure resolution, traceability, and prevention</li> <li>Establish and track key quality metrics to drive data-driven improvement across sites and functions</li> <li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction</li> <li>Report on quality performance and risk, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accountability</li> <li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and operational excellence</li> </ul> <p><strong>If you
