What You’ll Do
- Plan, organize and lead tennis activities for all participants
- Lead with enthusiasm and positive motivation
- Organize and maintain program records including, but not limited to: attendance records, rosters, etc
- Manage all equipment
- Maintain a clean and risk-free environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and that all children are picked up by parent/guardian
- Communicate positively and accurately with all the parents/guardians of participants
- Promote other YMCA programs with participants and parents/guardians
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
What You'll Need
- Must be 15 years of age or older
- Demonstrate ability to develop and teach skills
- Prior knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in tennis
- Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs
- Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
