Senior Analyst, Compliance Monitoring

<h3>Job Description</h3><p>The position will be 100 % dedicated to compliance matters in direct and close collaboration with GBS and Compliance Monitoring Global Lead.</p><p>The scope for the position in the initial phase will be dedicated to ECP, in the later phase this will be Global.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>You will be responsible to perform Compliance Monitoring related responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conduct Compliance Monitoring for the Business Activities under Compliance Scope,</li><li>Assess the adherence to Biogen processes, SOPs and Policies</li><li>Document Results</li><li>Effectively network with Compliance Officers and Standards and Governance from the different Geographies and Functions to facilitate: severity assessment, required follow up and remediation</li><li>Report results.</li><li>Other specific duties related to the effective governance of the Compliance Program.</li><li>Provide effective and service-oriented support in the interactions with the different stakeholders (Compliance, S&amp;Gs, etc.)</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>​​​​​​<strong>Required skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or any other relevant education</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in the similar role, ideally in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries</li><li>Solid knowledge of business and market dynamics</li><li>Experience with policy and procedure understanding and management</li><li>Good understanding and ability to optimize internal business processes</li><li>Process management, project/program management skills are a plus</li><li>Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience in other defined business governance roles (Audit, GxP) is a strong asset</li><li>Fluent English; Fluency in German or Spanish would be valued</li><li>Outstanding team player attitude,</li><li>Excellent professional communication skills, understanding diverse cultures, interpersonal savvy, conflict management, problem solving, </li><li>Data driven and attention to detail</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Why Biogen?</strong></p><p>Our mission to find therapies for neurological and rare diseases is a unique focus within our industry and this shared purpose is what connects us as a team.
