Title: Talent Acquisition/Learning & Development Intern, OHG Summer 2024 Internship Program

 

Location: New York, NY

 

Department/Discipline: Human Resources

 

Overview:

It’s a 40/hour week paid internship as a member of the talent acquisition team and learning & development team.  The core focus of this role is to learn and work with our talent and learning partners on team projects and iniatives.

 

Responsibilities:

What does it mean to be a Learning & Development Intern?

  • While working closely with the Learning & Development team, you will:
    • Have the opportunity to learn about assessing development needs, curating learning resources, running agency training curricula and programs, driving engagement, analyzing training metrics, dashboard reporting, and more!
    • Work with the L&D team and multiple stakeholders across the network to produce deliverables that will have a positive impact on the development and experience of our employees
    • Be a voice for Omnicom Health Group University in communicating and promoting our wide range of learning offerings to our agencies

What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Intern?

  • While working closely with the Talent team, you will:
    • Work on recruitment and sourcing projects with the broader recruitment team
    • Learn the process of full-cycle recruitment from peers 
    • Work with the TA team and multiple stakeholders across he network to work on recruitment projects that will help the team excel and produce a positive impact on our current and future employees 

 

Experience:

College students in their junior or senior year are encouraged to apply.

 

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

 

  • $18-$20/HR
