Join our team in the WI Market as the Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional. This role performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of Medicaid Experience
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Claims payment and technical contract experience (Fee schedules and claim payment methodologies).
• Knowledge of Claims Life Cycle
• Experience in problem analysis and process
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Resides in State of WI or bordering state
• Bachelor's degree
• Six Sigma certification
• PMP certification
• Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering

Additional Information

• Workstyle: Home- Associates Home office environment is their primary work location, but they will use Humana office space on an as needed basis for collaboration and other face-to-face needs.
• Typical Work Days/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST
• Travel: Minimal travel (approximately 3-4 times per year) within the State of WI
