The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $42,000 - 95,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

• Conduct daily meetings as necessary to communicate goals and assignments.
• Monitor all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.
• Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues in a timely manner.
• Responsible for training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.
• Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.
• Communicate crating needs by order/item and ensure proper guidelines are followed.
• Establish and maintain proper facility cleaning guidelines; monitor daily.
• Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Monitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.
• Maintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and properly located.
• Be flexible and work necessary overtime as needed.
• Effectively take on other duties as assigned/necessary.

What We are Looking For:

• 5-8 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment 
• At least 3 years’ experience leading a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees
• High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred.
• Ability to execute detailed oral and written instructions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required. SAP experience preferred.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
