Position Overview
- Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
- On-Site Requirement: This position requires on-site presence at the project in Gresham, OR, during scheduled hours based on company and project needs.
- Compensation Package–
- $95,000 - $115,000 / year
- Other compensation may include vehicle allowance.
- The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily construction with a certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in multifamily construction with an unrelated degree or without a certification or degree.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Your Role
Project Operations
- Assist with preparing and updating project schedules, budgets, and related tasks.
- Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries to ensure project completion.
- Identify and address problems to maintain project progress.
- Oversee tasks assigned to employees and subcontractors.
- Provide project documentation, including logs, billing, change orders, and memos.
- Ensure proper inventory and maintenance of tools on-site.
- Enforce company safety and security policies and procedures.
