Requirements

-Advanced knowledge of Cornerstone software

-Knowledge of basic husbandry/pet care

-Understanding of medical terminology

-Basic vaccine/prevention knowledge

-Able to discuss patient needs to client

-Basic knowledge of true emergencies

-Complex appointment scheduling

-Able to answer and manage difficult calls

-Able to fax/scan documents and send emails

-Advanced computer skills (Word and Excel)

-Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

-Must be able to type 35-45 wpm

-Professional and friendly

-Must be able to multi-task
