What You’ll Do
- Reach out to prospective customers via email, phone, and social media to introduce PDI solutions.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing for discovery calls and software demonstrations.
- Research companies and industries to understand potential business needs and align them with PDI offerings.
- Learn how to qualify sales opportunities and support the pipeline-building process.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Support sales executives with account coordination, follow-ups, and setting up client meetings.
- Participate in training sessions to develop your understanding of PDI’s products and value proposition.
- Collaborate with team members across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure a smooth prospect-to-customer journey.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
- Comfortable using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
- A team player attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Internship or part-time experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or tech.
- Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Interest in technology, software, or SaaS products.
