Description
1. Administration
Report to Housekeeping Office at the beginning of shift, pick up and sign out key, and return key when
reporting to office at end of shift.
Open and close the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper including assignment of room
boards, keys, and any other opening and closing requirements.
Take all incoming housekeeping calls and respond the guest’s needs.
Perform inventories of supplies and order for par levels
Log all missing items and maintain catalog of lost and found and ship or mail out claimed items to the guests.
Report all items in need of repair to supervisor and maintain equipment used in work.
Protect guest safety and well-being; be courteous to all guests and co-workers.
Ability to accurately use various office software.
Work overtime as needed.
2. Support
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests,
associates, and vendors.
Ability to accurately report information.
Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
Attend required meetings.

Additional responsibilities specific to you are:
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
Must have good mathematical and computer skills.
High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred.
CPR and first aid training preferred.
Additional language ability preferred.
Requirements
5. These are required of every associate.
Minimum lifting of 20 pounds.
Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
Hearing, writing, typing.
Minimum pulling of 20 pounds.
Other duties may be assigned.
