EY – Commercial Excellence – Reporting – Senior

As part of our Commercial excellence team, you would be leading key area’s of business operations reporting requirements. The role’s major responsibilities include development of new dashboards/reports based on business needs and maintains the highest levels of data competency, accuracy standards and reporting capacity across the assigned process area thus providing deeper insights & their respective imact. The role requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail for a highly regarded team that focuses on accuracy and timeliness. The role should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power BI & Power Automate and good knowledge of Power Point.  The role also requires effective communication skills including communicating through email and over the telephone. The role aims to support the business and its leaders, especially Partners and Senior Management, through reporting and value- added analysis, data analysis and insight for strategy and futuristic business model implementation.

We’re looking for Senior with expertise in Utilisation reporting, project financials & compliance to join our Commercial Excellence Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in adding value to Service Quality process area.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Design & develop reports/dashboards based on business requirement
• Manages overall data architecture and manages, develops, prioritizes and recommends initiatives to improve and build upon the data architecture to support the business
• Deliver insights behind data via analatics & visualisation
• Ensures consistency of process and usage, and champions best practices in data management Oversees data accuracy processes, goals and assessment.
• Manages and develops the staffing of the Data & Reporting unit; champions team collaboration
• Responsible for user experience with data and reporting tools
• Provide commentaries on numbers reported and play the trusted business advisor role to the leadership
• Oversee and review all BAU reports and answer all related quires
• Promotes & sustains quality and effective risk management through consistent review of work products along with suggestions for improvement 
• Demonstrate effective decision making, displaying maturity that enhances interactions and relationships
• Involve in ad-hoc projects

• Ability to lead difficult conversations under complex business situations
• Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills, Power Point
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Min 10 years of strong experience in Business Operations/Management reporting
• Strong MS Excel, Power BI & Power Automate skills

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• MBA in Finance
• Experience in Sales operations & Project management
