We’re looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk I who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule all outbound shipments in collaboration with sales and production teams.
• Verify shipping documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare materials and paperwork for outgoing shipments.
• Arrange freight with outside carriers and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Investigate and report shortages or issues with orders.
• Communicate with carriers and customers to trace or expedite shipments.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Support the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor with documentation and reporting.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics
• Familiarity with loading techniques, weight limits, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Must be 18 years or older
