Head Waiter – Fine Dining (Fulltime)

About the role
Do you have a passion for refined service and an eye for detail? As Head Waiter Fine Dining, you ensure perfectly set tables, flawless service, and an unforgettable experience - especially for our VIP guests.

What you will do

• Oversee table settings and the precision of service.
• Serve and guide VIP tables, managing wine and food pairings.
• Provide discreet, attentive, and welcoming service.
• Coordinate with the sommelier and kitchen for seamless execution.
• Report to the F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
  
  

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of table service and wine presentation.
• Discreet and professional demeanor.
• Experience with VIP service and special dietary requirements.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
