Job Title: Part-Time Evening Receptionist

Grand Villa Senior Living of Palm Bay is seeking a Part-Time Evening Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors. The position requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 8 pm.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Provide information to visitors and residents as needed

- Ensure the safety and security of the facility by monitoring the entrance and exit of visitors

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Must be reliable and punctual
