Your Career

We are looking for a motivated leader in the capacity of a Manager for our team and you will be at the heart of our software-driven approach to infrastructure and operations. You will play a pivotal role in managing deliverables for the sophisticated internal platform tools vital to our engineering teams' productivity and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep-rooted background in software engineering and a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of R&D and DevOps teams. Qualifications

Your Experience 

• 5+ years of software engineering background before becoming a Manager

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers primarily working with a major public cloud provider (GCP preferred). 

• Deep knowledge of modern infrastructure management and engineering practice, including Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., GCP , AWS , Terraform, K8s , etc.)

• Solid understanding in at least one of the public cloud technologies (GCP, AWS , Azure) 

• Deep knowledge of modern software development tools/ways of working (e.g., git/GitHub, DevOps tools, metrics/monitoring) and development environments to provide DevOps services and solutions

• Experience with building tools to improve the reliability of systems, automated remediation of issues, or improve scalability with hands-on experience collecting performance data, analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning

• Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
