Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/</p><p><br/> Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"<br/> <br/> Our Revenue Management Team is looking for a new Senior Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager, to be based in Warsaw or Budapest.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Implementation of the overall</strong> <strong>revenue management strategies:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the entire market or key hotels on the market</li><li>Manage and develop the MHRM/Junior RM team (3 pax maximum) reporting directly to you</li><li>Support the hotel Management team to define the hotel strategy for current/long-term periods to boost revenue streams and maximize KPI results</li><li>Analyze the hotels' results and performance (average rates, occupancy, Rev PAR)</li><li>Ensure that revenue management systems and tools are properly implemented and maintained</li><li>Ensure that planning and pricing are up to date</li><li>Performing ad-hoc analysis, audits, and any additional tasks as per the manager’s instructions</li></ul><p><strong>Competitor analysis:</strong></p><ul><li>Survey the market &amp; competitors in terms of content, pricing, strategy, and performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration, etc.)</li><li>Analyze market share data to perform above the hotel market</li></ul><p><strong>Forecast:</strong></p><ul><li>Initiating short- and long-term revenue forecasts, identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability</li><li>Monitor and validate RMS forecast to ensure monthly forecast accuracy is met</li></ul><p><strong>Reports &amp; Meetings:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in meetings with the manager and other seniors discussing strategies and actions to be implemented to improve performance</li><li>Replace Regional RM on her /his absence</li><li>Take part in projects as a leader or active participant</li><li>Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly reports and hold weekly and monthly meetings according to the individual service level of the hotel</li><li>Analyze special event periods to improve results for future events</li><li>Coordinate the communication and ensure that information is clearly understood, and instructions are applied accordingly</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong><u>Your experience and skills include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of professional experience in a full-time Revenue Management position (hospitality industry &amp; multi-property preferred)</li><li>Fluent spoken and written English required, any other European languages (French, German) will be an advantage</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education preferred in Hotel Management, Economist or Business Administration</li><li>Strong analytical skills and passion for translating complex data or strategies into actions and engaging discussions</li><li>Strong technical skills (experience with Revenue Management Systems and techniques, Excel,  PowerPoint, Power BI)</li><li>Commercial mind, international experience (ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments), experience working in a matrix organization</li><li>Hotel-related experience is considered an important advantage</li><li>Proactivity, persuasion, result orientation &amp; customer focus mindset</li><li>Flexibility &amp; adaptation capacity; openness, willingness to learn new things, share ideas, initiate and support change</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong><u>What is in it for you:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Unique opportunity to develop your career with worldwide Augmented Hospitality leaders</li><li>Package of benefits and perks of working for Accor, including discounts for hotels worldwide, annual bonus, and much more !</li><li>Work in a multi-national team</li><li>Hybrid way of working (3 days in the office + 2 days at home)</li><li>Talent development opportunities</li><li>Corporate Social Responsibility activities</li></ul><p> </p>
