What You’ll Do:

• Operate equipment safely in the final stages of production

• Inspect products and remove any defective items to maintain high-quality standards

• Pack finished products for distribution

• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

• Gain new skills through training and hands-on experience

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 18 years old or older and going into your senior year of high school

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (or currently enrolled in school)

• Basic mechanical, electrical, or machine operation knowledge (this can be from school projects, hobbies, or any previous work experience)

• Ability to use basic hand tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Earn:

• Starting at $17.50 per hour, based on experience

• Night shifts include an additional $2 per hour
