Senior Accountant - Corporate Global

This position is a senior accounting role on the Corporate Accounting team, with a focus on month end close and consolidation, recording and analyzing financial transactions and reconciling account balances for the Company and its subsidiaries. This position will also be heavily relied upon for the completion of central accounting functions including intercompany accounting, cash flow analysis, and support the preparation of SEC filings.

• Responsible for monthly consolidation entries in Oracle EPM including maintenance of monthly checklist and evidence of controls 
• Prepare various account reconciliations.
• Reporting, monitoring and investigation of intercompany out of balances
• Preparation of US GAAP consolidated income statement, balance sheet and cash flow analytics.
• Preparation of internal management reporting at segment level and consolidated levels. 
• Support the preparation of SEC financials and footnotes
• Support annual audits and quarterly reviews as well as engage in frequent communications with internal and external auditors.
• Responsible for timely reporting of census information
• Support chart of account changes
• Other duties as assigned, to adequately support the Company’s mission and objectives.

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting or finance or related major/business administration with concentration in accounting is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of public multi-national company accounting experience, with increasing levels of responsibility
• Experience with SEC reporting and internal controls
• Exceptional communication, organization, change management and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think both critically and strategically.
• Proven self-starter who sets aggressive plans and consistently meets the challenge.
• Demonstrated business acumen and a sound understanding of business fundamentals.
• Proven detailed understanding of Excel based formulas and functionality while also exercising proficiency in updating, comprehending, and summarizing large sets of data.
• Eastern or Central time zone work hours

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA preferred
• Big Four public accounting experience and/or public corporate accounting background preferred
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP & Oracle ERP preferred

Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant experience.
