Senior Workplace Coordinator
In this role, you will work in the San Francisco office 3-5 days per week and help bring to life programs that connect our employees to CircleCI’s values so everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported in order to deliver their best work. You will provide support in the design and build of a working environment that focuses on innovation, collaboration and an enjoyable employee experience.
Additionally, you will be partnered with a team of international People Generalists to help foster continued employee engagement around our North America People Programs and report to the Senior Manager, People Programs and Compliance.
What you’ll do:
- Act as San Francisco Office ambassador for all employees and guests.
- Create and distribute SF Office badges with assistance from IT
- Manage remote office access and global WeWork Passes
- Handle vendor relationships for the SF office (snacks, meals, janitorial, etc) & remote support for Global locations
- Maintain and cultivate internal culture by working closely with the Comms, Marketing, IT, EA and People teams
- Coordinate the CircleCI Snack & Beverage Program
- Lead communications for all building repairs & maintenance
- Maintain office supply inventory and stocking office
- Distribute and scan incoming mail and ship CircleCI items and materials
- Run CircleCI “Meet & Eat” meal program and assist employees
- Update and maintain Workplace Confluence pages and Workplace Calendar
- Support the Workplace team with all future builds and office renovations
- Internal Event Assistance - Work across teams to help execute internal events like Call Hands or team Happy Hours and ensure there is global alignment throughout offices
- Lead employee and vendor building access and respond to workplace support tickets and providing workplace support throughout the office
- Craft Health and Safety program
- Assist IT team in maintaining Zoom Rooms
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Workplace/Office Management. Multi-site, remote management experience is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with all levels of employees, management, and third-party vendors
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experienced and comfortable with Gmail, Slack, Gsuite, Excel and Mac computers
- Customer-service mentality
- Organized multi-tasker who thrives in a hybrid workplace environment
- You love helping others and are willing to pitch in whenever and wherever you are needed

CA Salary Range: "$77,000-$96,000"
