ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional contracting specialist performing pre-award and post-award contracting actions while providing guidance to contracting professionals and stakeholders. This experience must present contracting capability performing at least two of the following: developing acquisition strategies, resolving procurement problems across organizational levels, or providing contracting advice for warfare center or similar operational command customers.
