Position Summary

The Senior Manager of Workplace Experience will lead the design and execution of workplace experience initiatives across Walmart Sourcing offices worldwide. This role is responsible for enhancing the associate experience, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring that office environments support productivity, collaboration, and well-being. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can translate insights into scalable solutions.

What you'll do:

• Workplace Experience Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive strategy that elevates the workplace experience across all sourcing offices, aligned with Walmart’s values and business goals.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline office operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Experience Design: Collaborate with regional and enterprise teams—including People, Finance, Travel, Compliance, and others—to create environments and services that foster engagement, inclusion, and productivity.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with regional leaders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistent service levels and address local needs.
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into workplace issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions quickly and effectively.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to measure performance, identify trends, and inform decisions around space utilization, associate satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Change Leadership: Champion new workplace initiatives and technologies through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.
