About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our multidisciplinary, international team, to champion research in the fields metabolism and endocrinology, reproductive health and women’s health. In this position, you will be soliciting primary research content in areas of strategic priority, handling the editorial assessment and peer-review of translational and clinical research manuscripts in collaboration with the larger team, organizing events and engaging with the scientific community in conferences and site visits.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A MD or PhD (or equivalent) in an area relevant for metabolic diseases, endocrinology, reproductive health or women’s health, preferably with some post-doctoral or health policy experience.
- Strong work ethics and understanding of the potential of scientific research to help to reduce health inequalities globally.
- A collaborative spirit: you will be working in a team setting, striving to support and mentor others, and to maximize our collective success.
- Flexibility: be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and understanding that our priorities may change with the evolution of medical research and what’s happening in the world.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills; being able to set priorities for yourself and for others, and to adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Be eager to meet scientists worldwide, in person and virtually, learn more about them and their research, help them learn more about us and solicit submissions in areas of interest.
- Candidates to the senior level position must have demonstrated editorial experience in research field relevant for the position and familiarity with the clinical trials landscape, including peer-review and reporting standards.
This is a full-time permanent position, located in our New York or Shanghai offices on a hybrid working model.

US Annualized Base Salary Range: Associate Editor: $74,000 / Senior Editor: $91,000. The salary offer may vary based on work experience, education, skill level and equity. The US salary range does not align with the salary ranges in other countries when converted to the currency
