Casino Maintenance Inventory Clerk

Start Rate: $17.00/hour | Full-Time | 3rd shift

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for the receiving and proper distribution of all facilities parts and inventory items, and constant monitoring of the Facilities inventory software. You will report to the Facilities Manager/Purchasing Agent.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will track all material levels through the CMMS system for all areas and units being serviced.

2. Support the ordering of all materials based on determined par levels.

3. Perform audits on all incoming orders to verify their accuracy upon receipt.

4. You will maintain a list of all parts on order and always update all ETA’s.

5. Stock received orders to appropriate storage areas to include unpacking, counting, recording and stocking. Stocking may consist of forklift or manual material handling.

6. Dispense appropriate materials to the Facilities team based on incoming work orders.

7. You will maintain and service all tools and parts kept in the tool storage room.

8. Aid in the production and continued maintenance of the inventory software, and the necessary application of work orders.

9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

 

MINIMUM

· Basic knowledge of the organization products and services

· Basic math and reading skills

· Must be physically able to bend, lift, twist and kneel. Must be able to lift 100 pounds.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and knowledge of forklift operation.
