Speak Easy Solutions is looking for a warm, organized Patient Services Coordinator to join our outpatient therapy clinic.
This role is 100% front desk focused — no clinical duties — just creating a welcoming, smooth experience for every patient.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude 
• Check patients in quickly and accurately 
• Answer phones and assist with basic inquiries 
• Collect payments and provide receipts 
• Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
