And this is where you come in:The ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) team is looking for a dedicated student who is passionate about environmental and social responsibility. As an ESG Associate, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and reporting on ESG data that supports our sustainability initiatives. 
This is a student position, with a commitment of 20 working hours per week.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams and departments to collect, monitor and track ESG data related to our various programs.
• Create data-driven reports and presentations to communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Prepare regular reports on ESG performance to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
• Help with setting sustainability goals and KPIs based on your thorough data analysis.
• Assist in the development, planning and execution of sustainability initiatives.
• Stay up to date on ESG regulations, industry best practices and reporting standards.

Who we’re looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, Business, Management studies or a related field.
• Strong interest in and understanding of sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and ESG principles.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as google sheets, data visualisation software, and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong teamwork, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn about sustainability practices and their application in the tech and agriculture sectors.
