The Enterprise Systems team is responsible for the operating system of Zipline – we develop critical applications that enable the manufacturing, maintenance, and service of our drone delivery system. Our team is currently creating and improving systems to optimize various aspects of our operations across the business, such as within finance, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering tools.
In this role, you'll serve as the main contact for users encountering challenges with our ERP systems, overseeing the resolution of issues spanning inventory management, manufacturing processes, and purchasing inquiries. Additionally, you'll engage directly with users to troubleshoot and resolve problems, and collaborate with software engineers to tackle systemic bugs that demand fixes beyond immediate troubleshooting. Your technical proficiency will be vital in swiftly diagnosing and remedying user-reported issues.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with ERP applications, providing timely and effective resolution to support business operations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to inventory movement, manufacturing processes, purchasing, and other ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, end-users, and IT to escalate and resolve complex issues that impact system performance and functionality.
- Document and track reported issues and resolutions, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within ERP applications, working closely with stakeholders to implement enhancements for user experience and system efficiency.
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials, and lead training efforts to help users adopt and efficiently use the applications.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a business systems analyst or similar role, with a focus on supporting ERP applications.
- Strong technical aptitude, with expertise in SQL and the ability to write and execute queries to analyze data and diagnose issues.
- Experience with Python is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn new technologies and expand technical skills is essential.
- Experience working with ERP systems and understanding of core functionalities such as inventory management, manufacturing processes, and purchasing workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What Else You Need to Know
The starting cash range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact.
