Job Description

Perform production assembly work of light electro-mechanical assembly operations of moderately high complexity with close attention to detail following manufacturing assembly procedures. Read and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, sketches, written and verbal instructions. 

• Electro-Mechanical assembly of RF Generators for use in industrial settings 
• Final configuration of externally produced components to meet customer specification 
• Manufacture of PCBAs, cable assembles, cables harness, and power supplies 
• Undertaking fault diagnosis with a view to ‘cure once’ – promote continuous improvement by sharing observations and knowledge with others, including manufacturing engineering, quality, and the design team  
• Align with Health and Safety and 6S 
• Lean principles within the manufacturing department 
• Undertake cross-training as well as providing training to others in the department 
• Work with limited supervision and follows written and verbal instructions 1st
• Shift Pattern is 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic assembly and electro-mechanical assembly functions 
• Ability to read and understand (in English), blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings and written procedures 
• Ability to communicate effectively. 
• Ability to operate machinery such as soldering iron, power screwdrivers, and various hand tools, etc 
• Be able to work  7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
