Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Communications and Engagement Team to develop content across all online channels that support HealthPoint's strategic direction and support HealthPoint's content strategy, producing content in accordance with the editorial calendar.
Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.
Your contribution to the team includes:
- Work with the communications team to execute on an integrated content strategy across all mediums - print collateral, web copy, video creation, production, and social media.
- Create videos and capture high quality photos that will meet the demands of strategic priority areas such as, donor-facing, recruitment of patients, staff, and education programs, brand awareness, patient engagement, campaigns, advocacy, educational, training, internal staff communication, social media, marketing content, and other miscellaneous video requests for support of HealthPoint's brand and communications.
- Write at an advanced level and have the ability to adapt to a variety of formats including website content, blogs, social media posts, video, press releases, and printed materials.
- Manage the creation, content, and posting of social media programming.
- Analyze and interpret Google Analytics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and monitor Google search ad campaigns.
- Partner with content team to develop and execute social media campaigns to support HealthPoint initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our social tactics and strategy, and pivot to improve our efforts as necessary.
- Manage and respond to patient communications on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Effectively connect patients with the appropriate clinical staff to resolve any conflicts or concerns.
- Maintain brand consistency across different social media channels.
- Manage key internal communications platforms and channels and keep information flowing to and from employees.
- Develop content for internal management and employee communications and town halls in coordination with Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist, Digital Content Strategy Manager, Video Producer, and Communication Coordinator, and oversee the technology logistics of employee and management town halls on a rotating basis. Collaborate with the Digital Content Strategy Manager to develop and execute the editorial calendar.
- Create digital content for a variety of platforms and for a variety of audiences.
- Work with program and health center staff to implement a system and standards for developing appropriate site and program-based materials.
- Ensure consistent patient directed messaging in all internal and external communications
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HRSA, and other federal and state marketing and advertising regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and produce materials that promote HealthPoint's programs and services to both potential and existing patients, ensuring appropriateness of content, readability and translations as needed.
- Maintain collaborative relationships at HealthPoint, including providers, staff, and leadership.
- Edit all content for clarity, punctuation, and style.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must have’s you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism. English, or other field requiring strong writing skills. Excellent writing skills. Two (2) to five (5) years' experience writing for a variety of audiences
