Sepsis Coordinator- Quality Management

About the role

Responsible for collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team and facilitating activities/services that drive improvements in sepsis outcomes by combining the roles of clinician, leader, liaison, educator, and quality improvement specialist.  Works directly with providers and multidisciplinary teammates as necessary to facilitate the care for sepsis patients that is consistent with National guidelines and the Organization’s Sepsis Program goals.  

Minimum Job Requirements

Associates degree in nursing. 

Valid State of Georgia Nursing license.  Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. 

Work Experience

Minimum two years direct patient care experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department setting.
