SUMMARY:

Responsible for assisting the Associate Bursar in the day to day operation of the office and plays an integral role in the collection of student tuition and fees each semester. This position supports and advises students in understanding their financial obligations to the University and must provide exceptional customer service to students and their families, administrative/programmatic support for the Bursar's office, and coordinate operations. Assists with special projects, as required.

• Ability to research situations/problems to determine facts
• Ability to make independent decisions and act as a team player
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency in Excel and Word, data entry skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in a business related discipline required.  Equivalent experience and training may substitute for educational requirement
• 3 or more years of experience in accounts receivable or collection.  Customer service experience required

WORK HOURS:

Full Time, Non-Exempt

Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:00pm

7.75hr/daily, 38.75/hr weekly

SALARY STRUCTURE:

Pay Grade 4 (Hiring Range $17.70 to $22.12 per hour)
